Self-certification

On March 7th 2001, the D.P.R. 445 of December 28th 2000, containing the Consolidated Text of the laws and regulations on administrative documentation, came into force.
Certificates can be replaced by a plain paper declaration without the need to authenticate the signature.

 

  • Enter your personal data by filling out the form in all its parts
  • Put a check mark on the box corresponding to the type of declaration required
  • Check that you have entered your personal data correctly and fill out the self-certification part
  • Click on "Process" and a screen with the required self-certification will appear on the video.
  • Just print and sign it in order to use it in all cases required by law.
